In-Person Services

Women's Health In Women's Hands is a Community Health Centre for racialized women living in Toronto and surrounding municipalities. Services include physicians, nurses, health educators, community health and outreach workers, counsellors and mental health therapists, dietitians, and chiropodists.
Mental health support programs with individual and group counselling, self-advocacy programs, health promotion and education programs, Pre and Post Natal Care programs, HIV-AIDS Prevention, Support and Care, healthy living activities, support groups, supportive self-care activities and a resource information center.
M, Th, F: 9 am - 5 pm and T, W:9 am - 8 pm

Direct Support Services (Health care; legal aid etc.), Informational Resources (e.g. websites; fact sheets)
