Distress Centres of Greater Toronto is a service agency dedicated to providing timely emotional support, crisis intervention, and suicide prevention to people in distress.

Their helpline runs 24/7 in English and has multilingual supports in Cantonese, Mandarin, Portuguese, Spanish, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu is available Mondays-Fridays from 10am to 10pm.

They also offer community programs like support groups for those impacted by suicide or homicide loss, peer support, drop-ins, and debriefings.
