The mandate of RIMAS is to:
Develop general guides on the quality of assessment and treatment of perpetrators of sexual offences;
Promoting the treatment of sex offenders;
Promote an integrated and concerted vision of the care of perpetrators of sexual offences;
Provide a place for discussion for those working with perpetrators of sexual offences;
Organize continuing training activities to enable constant updating of knowledge.
