In-Person Services

The program provides emergency housing and housing support services to women and gender-diverse individuals 25 and over in the Region of Waterloo who are experiencing homelessness. The program currently operates overnight only. Upon being referred to the program, applicants will have a brief interview with a shelter worker to assess support needs before being referred to an intensive housing worker.
