If you are experiencing violence at home and are looking for help, contact us. Whether you need a safe place to stay, an Emergency Protection Order or someone to talk to, we're here to help. Shelters operate out of Alison McAteer House in Yellowknife (Crisis line: 867-873-8257 or Toll-free: 1-866-223-7775), Family Support Centre in Hay River (Crisis line: 867-874-3311 or Toll free: 833-372-3311), Inuvik Transition House in Inuvik (Crisis line: 867-777-3877), Sutherland House in For Smith (Website: www.ywcanwt.ca), and Aimayunga Women and Emergency Foster Care Shelter in Tuktoyaktuk (Crisis line: 867-977-2000).
