In-Person Services, Phone/Chat/Text Hotline
They offer a crisis support phone line where you can speak directly to one of their counsellors who will offer you non-judgmental support, understanding, information and options.
They also provide support groups and counselling in various locations including St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Fort Erie, Port Colborne, and Welland.
