Phone/Chat/Text Hotline, In-Person Services

Located in the community, temporary housing is intended for people who reside in the Outaouais region. This service allows people going through a period of crisis or distress to stabilize their condition and take a step back from their situation. They then benefit from the guidance and support of an on-site worker.
To receive the crisis shelter service, a referral is required from Info-psychosocial services (811) or from a representative of the Integrated Health and Social Services Centre of Outaouais (CISSS de l'Outaouais). The representative will communicate directly with the 24/7 Help Centre to establish the accommodation arrangements.
