Providing Safety, Support, Information & Advocacy to women and gender-diverse people and their children in Guelph and throughout Wellington County.
They operate a Sexual Assault Centre - That offers individual and group counselling and support to women 16 years of age and older who have or are experiencing any form of sexual violence. We also offer support to families, partners and friends of survivors of sexual assault or woman abuse. All our services are free and interpreters can be arranged when necessary.
They provide family court support, operate an anti-human trafficking program, and housing supports.
The Transitional and Housing Support Program offers a wide range of support to women in the community who are experiencing abuse, have left abusive relationships recently or in the past, or who are considering leaving. All our services are free and interpreters and childcare can be arranged when necessary.
The Rural Women's Support Program provides services to women and their children living in Wellington County who have been or are in an abusive relationship, or have experienced childhood sexual abuse/incest, recent or past sexual assault, harassment and/or stalking.
Marianne’s Place is an accessible emergency shelter where we welcome all women and their children who are experiencing physical, sexual, emotional or financial abuse and/or stalking or human trafficking. It’s more than just a safe place to stay. After intake, our staff will give you support and information so you can make your own choices about safety for you and your children.
